Admission and Withdrawls:
Admission is granted to the student depending on the vacancy in the required class, before the beginning of academic session.

1. The students will be admitted only if they have attended the prescribed age as given below as on December 2024.

• Nursery - 3 Years
• KG I - 4 Years
• KG II - 5 Years
• Std. I - 6 Years

2. A candidate who deserves to join the school for the above mentioned classes must produce following certificates.

i) Original birth certificate (Municipal corporation / gram panchayat)

ii) School leaving certificate (If applicable)

iii) Progress/ Report card

iv) Aadhar card photocopy

v) Two passport size photographs

Parents/Gaurdians are requested to fill up the admission form fully with accuracy. Incomplete form will be rejected.

Withdrawals:

A student will be withtdrawn or issued school leaving certificate from the school for any of the following reason.

1. For being absent for continuous period of 30 days without submitting any valid reason or certificates.

2. For serious discipline problems

3. For non-payment of fees despite of regular reminders.

Examination & Promotion:

1) The school holds regular tests and examination throughout each academic year.

2) Monthly test is an instruments to measure the progress of the students. It will be generally administratered by a teacher after teh completion of the unit to measure and record the progress of the child.

3) If the student is absent due to any genuine reason, re-examination will not be conducted.

4) The students are given grading in their progress report on the basis of evaluations, worksheet, projects, assignments and oral examination.

Fees Regulations:

• The school charges tuition fees including admission, term activity etc for 12 months.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• The School fees covers 12 calender months.
• Pupil will be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on the roll of the school.
• No discount in the fees will be made for the period of non attendance of school by the students.
• The student which school fees will be pending will not be allowed to appear for the examination.
• The school fees structure and bus fees may be revised from time to time keep in pace with the economic inflation.
